2012 Legacy Art Collection

These four new paintings have been added to the growing body of works known as the Lonely Dog Legacy collection. The first to come off the easel for 2012 is “Cast and crew”, it's the first official line-up of the key characters in the story – side by side. This painting is being used as a style-guide in Hollywood and really helps set the tone of the world. “The Terriers”, is the first glimpse into an unexplored part of the new world of Alveridgea that’s never been visited before. “The Jukes” is the first painting that gets us up close and personal with these unusual and odd characters. “Leroy’s” get us downtown near the docks of Port Alveridge, near all the happenings where ... “for the price of a beer, you can sit and watch endless Arcadian sunsets that seem to have spilled from God’s paint-box”.

Hounds At Play.

As the dawn breaks over a slumbering Port Alveridge, lights flicker on, doors creak open, and grizzled hounds stretch languoriously. Eventually they will arise, flex creaking joints, grab their rugby jerseys from the pile of other clothes thrown roughly to the floor, search for their boots, left muddied and crusty from Thursday night's practice, and stumble off to the park to run out for the local side - The Port Alveridge Howlers ...
